Step 1: Starting at the inner corner of your eye, apply black eyeliner, like Clinique Skinny Stick, along your upper lashes, extending the line down slightly past the outer corner. It’s essentially a straight extension of your lash line.

Step 2: Retrace only the outer half of the lash line to make it look thicker, creating a 3D “puppy eyes” look.

Step 3: Retrace the entire line again, this time using liquid liner (try the Pretty Easy Liquid Eyelining Pen) to create a rich, ultra black and graphic shape. Be sure to finish with a downward flick.

Step 4: Apply a few coats of Chubby Lash Fattening Mascara to make eyes appear even bigger.
